I have Back Pain, Knee Pain, Wrist Pain...

Totally fine — I work with your body, not against it.

I never train through joint pain

✅ Every workout is adapted to your needs, especially if you're dealing with pain or recovering from injury

✅ Most women I train started with joint or back pain, and many have greatly reduced or eliminated it through proper movement and support

You're not expected to push through pain — you're here to feel better, move better, and get stronger, safely.

PS - If you're anything like us, you just skipped to the end anyways. So here's the scoop - we want to train you and it is only $21 Per week for 3 weeks and I train you 3 times per week, but only if you're willing to put some work in and actually show up and do your part.
 
My goal for the 3 weeks is to get you some amazing results and give you a great experience, so much so, that we hope you stay afterward. But you're not obligated to by any stretch.
